Hi folks!   First, thanks for this wonderful book, we have already started
with the spanish translation :)

I was just looking at http://www.pharobyexample.org/  and at the end it
says:

"We would like to see this book grow! We encourage you to contribute
chapters on the parts of Squeak that we have not described. If you would
like to participate, please contact us."

I guess you want to do a s/Squeak/Pharo ?

On the other hand I think the link to this mailing list is quite hide. What
do you think about adding a little text about what is the idea of this
mailing list  and put a link in the main text of the home page ?

And finally, I am not sure what is the idea of this mailing list. Is it for
public readers of PBE that have questions ? or or this something internal
for the authors/constributors ?
