Registration
Early registration is encouraged as is early booking of accommodations.
DAS registration fees will rise by NZ$50 after 20 December.
At least one author of each paper must register before 1 December 2005 or
the paper will not be published in the proceedings.
All registrations, including student registrations, include one copy of the
proceedings and one ticket to the banquet.
Warnings
1. Terrorism, pandemic or other events beyond the control of the organizers
may prevent the workshop taking place. If such an event arises the organizers
will only cancel in good faith and their liability to registrants will be
limited to refund of registration fees.
2. The workshop organizers will not accept liability for injuries or losses
that might occur due to accidents or other events during the workshop.
New Zealand's public Accident Compensation scheme prevents private claims
for personal injury through accident. The New Zealand public compensation
scheme provides compensation at levels less that what registrants may desire.
It is recommended that the participants arrange their health and injury
insurance on their own, prior to travel to the workshop.
